Josh McDaniels Caught Swearing On NFL Network
Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels was heard swearing at his players during the NFL Network’s Thanksgiving night broadcast.
Coming out of an abeyance for commercials, the network rolled a clipped featuring an ebullient McDaniels vociferating, “All we’re trying to do is win a (expletive) game!”
The Broncos had just been called for three false start penalty’s against the New York Giants. The trio of guffaws happened near the goal line and practically eliminated all reasonable expectations for achieving a touchdown.

Broncos head coach, Josh McDaniels was overheard swearing to his players during the NFL Network's broadcast of their Thanksgiving game.
The Broncos were forced to settle for a field goal. Nonetheless, they eventually defeated the Giants, 26-6.
After returning from the next commercial break, play-by play announcer Bob Papa addressed the scurrility.
“We want to apologize for that audio as we went to the last break that got out over the air. We do send our sincerest apologizes for the Josh McDaniels audio that got out there.”
In an interview with the Associated Press and the Denver Post, executive producer of the NFL Network, Eric Weinberger, apologized to viewers and to Coach McDaniels for broadcasting the blaspheme.
“No one heard it as it was said. It would never have been aired. It was at the end of a clip, so we missed it,” said Weinberger.
Which is curious since the imprecate occurred at the beginning of the clip.
How did Mr. Weinberger respond?
“I probably said the same thing” as McDaniels did, confessed Weinberger.
When quizzed about the matter, McDaniels gave a furtive response.
“It’s the NFL Network. It doesn’t surprise me.”
After the contest, studio host Rich Eisen reiterated that the inclusion of the malediction was a “terrible mistake.”
“That’s never happened in the history of the NFL Network and it certainly wasn’t intentional.”
It should be noted that McDaniels wasn’t equipped with a microphone. The audio was received by a listen device attached to an NFL Network camera.
For the night, even for the most sensitive, McDaniels’ vituperation was not the pinnacle of offensiveness. That honor belonged to the Giants and their deplorable play. They were absolutely dreadful.
Also, after McDaniels’ dropped the vulgarity the audio level drastically plummeted. The low volume robbed fans of the opportunity to hear the rest of the coach’s jeremiad. A development that was quite misfortunate we must say. McDaniel’s philillic was utterly fascinating.

Big deal. Who cares.
